Review of contracts

With the conclusion of the Croatian Government of 17 ožujka 2011th was published in the Official Gazette no. 32 of March 18 2011., which the public authorities, which are obliged to comply with the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette no. 110/2007 and 125/2008), borrowing to consistently and promptly act in accordance with Article 20 Paragraph 1 Item 4 Law on Freedom of Information, Waterways Agency published on its website information on the conclusion and execution of public contracts within its jurisdiction.
