Danube Fairway Depths

Danube section from rkm 1295 to rkm 1433.

Estimated depth based on a hydrographic survey: measured depth + (latest available water level − water level at the time of the hydrographic survey) .

Values are estimated using the latest available water level reading. Rows marked REFERENCE STANDARD show a separate calculation based on the reference standard, rather than a depth measured by hydrographic survey.

Note: The displayed depths are estimates obtained by adjusting the latest depths measured by hydrographic survey for the water level change at the reference gauging station.

The reference stations are: Vukovar for rkm 1295–1345, Dalj for rkm 1345–1370, Aljmaš for rkm 1370–1407 and Batina for rkm 1407–1433.

The section REFERENCE STANDARD rkm 1308+400–1311+000 does not show depths measured by hydrographic survey. Depth is calculated using the reference standard of 2.50 m at a Vukovar water level of +70 cm.

2.00 – 2.49 m indicates a warning, while below 2.00 m indicates a critical depth.

A value marked with * means that a water level or reference value was unavailable for automatic adjustment, so the latest measured depth is shown.
